Jocelyn Osmond

Blye Allen is native Tennessean, currently residing in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is a 16 year-old honor student at Christian Academy of Knoxville where she is a member of the varsity cheerleading squad. Blye loves school, especially classes in Science and Math. She has participated in the Vanderbilt Programs for Talented Youth, the Duke Talented Identification Program, and is a delegate to the 2023 Congress of Future Medical Leaders where she will be receiving an Award of Excellence for her academic accomplishments this year. During the past academic year she served as a Knox County Rescue Youth Cadet where she learned medical assessments, CPR, and how to respond to emergency situations. Blye is excited to start visiting colleges this year, and is planning on pursuing a degree in the medical field.


Blye enjoys traveling and has attended numerous Science/Technology programs and camps all over the country. She has participated in multiple programs at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama and the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. She has also attended various science, medical, and tech programs at Harvard, Duke, MIT, and Vanderbilt during her summer breaks. Her favorite program has been a hands-on medical pre-college course at Brown University last year.

Blye is no stranger to performing and loves to sing. She is a former member of a high school teen band, but is now working on solo recording and songwriting. Her goal is to sing at the Grand Ole Opry before she graduates from high school. Her other hobbies include snow skiing, snorkeling, acting, and modeling. She was a competitive dancer for seven years and helped start the very first dance team at her school.


Blye has a passion for helping young girls and teens discover the confidence they need to pursue their dreams and aspirations. Because of this, Blye spends significant time encouraging adolescents and teens to think big, work hard, and have the courage to try something new. One of her goals for this upcoming year is to increase mental health awareness through speaking engagements at schools and events across the state of Tennessee. Blye is incredibly honored to hold the title of Miss Tennessee Teen USA 2023 and is so excited to represent the state of Tennessee this year at Miss Teen USA.
